The submission period for the 2009 resource consent application
closed on Friday, 6 March 2009.
A hearing begins on Monday 30 March, where the applicant and anyone who
made a submission can present their case to hearing commissioners.
The commissioners will make their decision on the application following the
hearing. The applicant and submitters then have 15 working days to lodge an
appeal against the decision.
