A final concept plan was presented to the Mutukaroa Management Trust Board,
the Auckland City Council and the Auckland Regional Council for their endorsement.
Implementation of this concept plan has been placed on hold until such time as
the land tenure of the crown-owned portion currently leased to the Regional
Council has been resolved. Consideration will then be given to staging the implementation of the plan.

project and cattle grazing on the land.
