Sea + City Projects Ltd has lodged a resource consent for Jellicoe Street /
Halsey Street and 1 - 47 Jellicoe
Street, central city.
The proposal is for the "public realm" development of: Jellicoe Street (east
of Daldy Street); the northern section of Halsey Street and the northern 6
metres of 1 - 47 Jellicoe Street.
