Sea + City Projects Ltd lodged a resource consent for 1 - 47 Jellicoe Street,
central city in July 2009.
The proposal is to construct two single-storey buildings and to refurbish an
existing building to accommodate food and beverage facilities, together with
retail, entertainment and gathering facilities.
The submission period for this application closed at 5pm on Monday, 3 August
2009.
