Overview
Auckland City Council and Mt Roskill Community Board are undertaking works to
develop and enhance Keith Hay Park as a space for all members of the community
to enjoy.
Developments to the park are aimed at creating a focal point for the
community where a range of recreational opportunities are provided, from
organised sports through to walking and relaxing.
A 'masterplan' for the future development of the park was developed, with three main goals:
- improve the park's primary role as an active sports park
- improve the facilities and amenity of the park for casual users
- address the specific issues including access, parking, and park facilities.
