Summit Road upgrade
The Maungawhau-Mt Eden summit road will be pedestrian
access only for approximately two weeks as the council makes improvements. The
current road surface is in a poor condition and in need of maintenance.
The summit road will be closed at the junction with Mt Eden
Road from approximately 28 September to mid October (weather permitting) while
the work is carried out.
During the work areas which are out of access to the public
will be clearly marked.
