The second public open day will be in June 2008 when
concepts and options will be on display.

The Masterplan will be completed in August 2008.

The Masterplan will be considered at the September 2008 meeting
of the Council's Property Enterprise Board.

As part of that Masterplan there will be a draft of the
commercial elements in a Development Agreement.

Following recommendations by the Property Enterprise
Board the Masterplan and Development Agreement
will be considered at the September meeting of the City
Development Committee.

Following consideration by the City Development
Committee the appropriate plan change will be
notified in October 2008 as a public plan change.
