Account customers


We operate a customer account system for customers who regularly request work from us, eg 


Apply to open an account

  1. Download the Application to open a customer account (199kb PDF)
  2. Ensure that you complete the application in full. This will allow us to assess your credit and finance details. You also need to acknowledge that you accept the terms and conditions of credit by signing your application.
  • Personal customers please supply:
    • copy of photo identification, eg, drivers license, or
    • verification of Auckland City Council ratepayer information if appropriate, eg, address, last payment date, etc.
  • Companies please supply:
    • certificate of incorporation - available on the NZ Companies Office website
    • copy of the photo identification of the person signing the form, e.g. the Director of the company
  • Charities and societies please supply:
    • registration certificate (charities) - available on the NZ Companies Office website
    • incorporation certificate (societies) - available on the NZ Companies Office website
    • copy of the photo identification of the person signing the form.

We will let you know if your application for a customer account has been accepted within 10 working days.

If you are successful, you will automatically be registered to use our online LIM service.

Details of your registration will be sent out with your account details.
