Onetangi Lawn Cemetery, Waiheke Island

Location: Onetangi Road, Waiheke Island, Auckland 1081
First burial: 1949
Status: Operational.

Burial areas: Provides burial plots in a single berm area; each plot measures 1.2 x 2.4 metres and may be dug extra depth to allow for a second burial. There is no pre-purchasing of plots and due to the small size of the cemetery a burial will take place in the next new plot available.

Ash interment/Baby burial area: The cemetery currently has an area set aside for ash interments and baby burials. The next new plot available is used. No pre-purchasing of plots is available.

Onetangi also has Returned Services burial and ash interment areas.
