Training workshops
General information
We offer a series of one-day training workshops to support community groups.
All workshops offer an introduction to the topic and provide 'how to' information
such as helpful hints, examples and templates.
The information provided is aimed to assist participants to develop practical
skills and knowledge on key topics that support the effective running of a community
group.
Topics include:
- business planning
- organisational leadership and management
- fundraising and sponsorship
- financial management and funding application workshops.
Registration is essential and a small fee is of $30 per course is charged.

- Working with volunteers – a brief look at recruiting, training and retaining
volunteers

Organisational leadership and management
- An introduction to the concepts of governance and management
