Projects funded by contributions
Projects funded by contributions
Development contribution funds help to meet the costs of projects across the
city that increase the capacity of our infrastructure, including open spaces, community
facilities and the stormwater and transport networks.
These are some of the completed and proposed projects which have their growth
components met by contributions.

Our stormwater capital programme is based on the outcomes of the Drainage
Strategic Review 2006, as discussed in detail in the council's
water and sanitary services assessment. The review recommended that the
stormwater capital programme focus on developing network infrastructure that
addresses both growth and existing flooding problems. A range of projects is
carried out across the city to achieve this.
