Owning more than one dog
Change of details
If you change your address or give your dog to someone else to look after,
either permanently or for longer than one month, you must tell us.
You also need to let us know if any details change or need amending if for example:
- your contact details change
- your dog's details change, eg the dog has been desexed
- your dog has died
- your name is spelt incorrectly on correspondence received from Auckland City
Council.
If you and your dog change address but remain in Auckland city, let us know within 14
days by completing the Change of address/transfer form (44Kb PDF)
and sending it to Dog Registration, Auckland
City Council or visit any Auckland City
Council service
centre.
