Replacement discs

A dog must wear a colour coded registration disc to show it has been registered for that year (the 2007/2008 colour is yellow, the 2008/2009 colour is blue).

If you have lost your dog's registration disc, you can get a replacement for $7. The replacement disc will have a new registration number.

To get a replacement disc:

Write to us	Complete the Replacement disc form (447kb PDF) including the dog's old disc number and send it to Dog Registration, Auckland City Council
Visit us	Replacement discs are available from any Auckland City Council service centre
