If you have purchased an existing food premises you will need to arrange
for the transfer of registration into your name.
If the premises is licenced for the sale of liquor, you will need to contact
us to arrange for a Temporary Authority as liquor licences are not
transferable. This will allow you to continue operating until your new liquor
licence has been issued.
