Digital orthophotography |
| Orthophotography combines the image characteristics of an aerial photograph with the geometric qualities of a map.
Orthophotography maps are geo-referenced and can be used to measure distances, angles, positions, areas and ground features. |
Contour and LIDAR data |
| Contour lines are isolines that connect points on a map that have the same elevation, showing the shape of the land.
It now includes LIDAR derived terrain data and contours. |
Cadastral
(property boundary) and topographical data |
| Geo-referenced landbase data, including property boundaries, roads
kerblines and centrelines, coastlines, as interpreted from aerial
photograph. |
2002 impervious and building outlines data |
| Impervious areas data including building outlines, paved areas and pools for the Auckland isthmus. |
Hazards |
| Data including soil report areas, flood risk areas and wind zones. |
District plan |
