Health licencesCamping groundsGet a licence for a new premisesIf you are setting up a new premises, please contact us to request an application form and to discuss licensing requirements. There is a $130 administration fee for any new premises plus an annual
registration fee of $362. The total payable to licence a new premises is $492. Take over an existing premisesIf you take over an existing premises, you must notify us and complete a registration form. The transfer fee is $72. If you want to transfer the licence and it has expired, or if it is due for
renewal, you have 14 days to do so. After this period, the licence can not be transferred or renewed
and you will have to apply for a new licence at an additional cost of $130. Renew your licenceLicences expire on 31 July each year, you will receive a renewal application from us before this. When you receive it, you must apply for renewal within 14 days of the expiry date by:
The renewal licence fee is $330. If we have not received your application within 14 days, the licence will lapse and you will need to apply for a new licence at an additional cost of $130. Camping grounds are required to be registered and inspected under the Health (Registration of Premises) Regulations 1966. Updated July 2008 |
