If you are considering purchasing a property in Auckland City we recommend that you obtain a Land Information
Memorandum (LIM) before finalising the purchase.
You will find a LIM very useful in helping to identify issues on the site and/or any potential development restrictions.
Copies of LIMs are not held on file. A LIM is a summary of property information held by Auckland City as at the day the LIM was
produced. If you need this information you will need to request a new LIM.
