Introduction

If you are a non-profit community group or organisation you may like to take advantage of one of our free community advertising sites. There are sites available across Auckland city where you can place a (bill)board to advertise a community service or event eg Red Cross book sale or Christmas carols.

Use of boards

  • all (bill)boards need to be landscape and either
    • 1100mm (length) x 815mm (height)
    • 1200mm x 1200mm
depending on the size of the site available
  • your (bill)board will need to be professionally sign written, made out of coreflute and be between 5mm and 7mm thick
  • sites are booked for two or four weeks. You may book a board at individual sites for a maximum of four weeks per year
  • you will need to deliver your boards to the metallic box attached to the garage at the Brixton Rd entrance to the Mt Eden War Memorial Hall (489 Dominion Rd, Mt Eden). For identification purposes please write your name and group on the back of the board(s).

Contact us to find out more about the community notice boards and to enquire about the availability of a site. You will need to book in advance to ensure you get the space on the notice board you require and to avoid disappointment. We will need to ring you back during business hours to confirm your booking.
