The baths incorporate a 25 metre lap swimming pool, modern fitness centre, aerobics studio and aqua aerobics / kiddies pool. There are
also sauna, spa and steamroom facilities for post-training relaxation.
People of all ages can learn to swim with the extensive swim school programme run by professional experienced instructors,
and its central city location enables city workers to work out or swim in their lunch break or before and after work.
