Registering for online services

Customers who regularly make LIM applications with Auckland City may benefit from registering for our online services.

This provides you with a login name and password, so that you do not have to complete name and contact details when making each application.

If you are interested in becoming a registered customer please contact us.

If you are already an account customer and would like to register for our online services, please complete the application form below. This will enable us to charge online LIM requests to your account and update our records.

  1. Download the Application to open a customer account Pdf document.
  2. Ensure that you complete the application in full. You need to acknowledge that you accept the new terms and conditions by signing your application.
  3. Send your application to:

If you are not the main account holder (eg if you are part of an organisation) you may want to check with the account holder first to check if you are already registered. It is up to the account holder to determine whether individuals receive their own personal login names and passwords.

Once we have received your completed application, your new user identification and password will be sent to you.
