Typically, the recommendations will include conditions or consent notices covering:
These are provided in the form of a report and are incorporated into the final subdivision consent. Building consents and/or engineering approval will be required to comply with the conditions of the subdivision consent. A 224c is a certificate we issue to the developer to confirm that the subdivision is complete and in accordance with council requirements. At the 224c application stage, development engineers inspect the compliance of the infrastructure as required in the consent. This includes any building works such as vehicle crossing permits, as-built drawings, retaining walls, right-of-way and geotechnical completion reports.
