Valuation package

Valuation and related property information is available for every property within Auckland city. The package is available from the Property Information Centre, 35 Graham Street, Auckland Central.

The information package contains the following information:

  • land value
  • capital value
  • annual value
  • property address
  • legal description
  • land area
  • year of construction
  • land use data
  • number of units
  • gross floor areas
  • building condition
  • construction methods
  • age of improvements
  • zoning
  • tenure - freehold or leasehold.
  • contour view and scope of view
  • annual rates.

Cost - $13.33 plus GST or $26.67 plus GST for a copy signed and certified as correct by an Auckland City Council Officer.
