Portrait of Rifleman W D Flannagan of Ohingaiti, probably William Donnelley, Service number 24/2196, who was wounded and subsequently died on 31 August 1918 at the Somme. He is buried at Bagneux British Cemetery, Gezaincourt, Somme, France, Grave reference VI B 27.
