The 13th anniversary of the death of the Rt Hon Richard John Seddon, formerly Prime Minister of New Zealand: the acting-leader of the Liberal Party, Hon W D S Macdonald, places a wreath on the Seddon monument, in the grounds of the Parliament Buildings, Wellington, on June 10.
