Calling entrepreneurs

From City Scene, published on 26 August, 2007

Auckland City Council is joining forces with the Icehouse (International Centre for Entrepreneurship) to fund a seminar series - Kick Start - that assists entrepreneurs with the early-stage business knowledge they need to help realise business ideas. "Kick Start aims to build relationships and support networks," says Icehouse's Terry Allen, "so entrepreneurs can assess the market potential of their idea and, ultimately, build the foundations of a successful business." The partnership supports entrepreneurs and business growth in Auckland. Visit www.theicehouse.co.nz/start-up-seminar.html or email m.al-johery@theicehouse.co.nz for more details about seminars on 30 August and 8 November.
