What's on? - The council-funded Vector Arena has some exciting concerts and events coming up in the next three months.

The council-funded Vector Arena has some exciting concerts and events coming up in the next three months. Snow Patrol returns to Auckland on Friday, 14 September for their Eyes Open tour - with the support of Iain Archer and Op Shop. Snow Patrol views New Zealand as a favourite place and a great location to end a two-year international tour. Jeff Wayne's musical and multimedia version of epic The War of the Worlds, Live on Stage opens on Friday, 28 September, and is set to provide audiences a unique visual and aural spectacle.

Other upcoming acts include Westfield Style Pasifika (7 September), Steely Dan (22 September), Linkin Park (11 and 12 October), Powderfinger and Silverchair (20 October), Justin Timberlake (23 October), Crowded House (28 October), The Beach Boys (18 November), Lionel Richie (28 November), and My Chemical Romance (6 December).
