Lunar Eclipse on its way

Aucklanders will be treated to a rare astronomical event on the evening of Tuesday, 28 August, when the Moon passes through the Earth's shadow. This will result in the Moon, Sun and Earth being perfectly aligned and will see the Moon appear a red colour.
