Diwali: Festival of Light - Experience the sights, sounds and tastes of India at the Britomart precinct from 27 to 28 October.

Experience the sights, sounds and tastes of India at the Diwali: Festival of Light at the Britomart precinct from 27 to 28 October. Auckland City Council works in partnership with the Asia New Zealand Foundation to sponsor and organise the celebrations.

This year, come and enjoy a free classical concert with international artists at the Britomart Pavilion, on Friday, 26 October from 7pm. Don't miss the chance to experience what the festival has to offer, including delicious food, and the popular Bollywood dance competition. Auckland City Council encourages people to use public transport to get to and from the festival, with extra train services scheduled for Sunday evening.
