Creative funding

Auckland City Council has allocated more than $111,000 of Creative New Zealand funding to 67 community art projects in our city. Under the Creative Communities scheme, councils distribute Creative New Zealand funds to arts-related projects for communities. Funded projects include script development workshops for Asian writers, a new migrant exhibition, business skills seminars for people in the arts industry, and weekly workshops for youth on music.
