Wesley celebrates Christmas

Enjoy festive fun at the Wesley community Christmas celebration on Saturday, 15 December. This year's event includes a kids-only market, all sorts of fun activities for kids of all ages, and performances by local students, including Wesley Intermediate's Mosa Mafileo (pictured). The day also sees the launch of the Wesley craft and farmers' market, with stalls available by phoning 620 5125. Other activities are on offer at the Oranga Youth Fun Day, for 11 to 18 year olds, on Wednesday, 19 December at the Oranga Community Centre and Fergusson Park. Local youth can join in a game of touch, three-on-three basketball or volleyball, as well as making Christmas cards, and hip-hop and krumping skills workshops.
