Stormwater upgrade

Work to upgrade stormwater and drainage systems at Hillsborough Cemetery starts this month. The improvements will help control erosion, prevent flooding and ponding, and improve pedestrian access. The cemetery will remain open during the upgrade, with signs clearly identifying where work will take place.
