Boaties and visitors to Westhaven marina can be assured of the marina's high standard of water quality, facilities and environmental management. Westhaven Marina has been awarded the prestigious international Blue Flag award for environmental conservation for the second year running.

A Blue Flag is an international standard that recognises beaches and marinas that meet strict water quality, environmental management and safety standards. Westhaven is New Zealand's largest marina and is a key feature of Auckland's waterfront. Internationally, 3300 beaches and marinas in 36 countries have gained Blue Flag status.
