Road safety project for Point England

People living in or near Point England are invited to workshops to give their feedback on council plans to improve road safety in the area. The "self explaining roads" project, jointly run by Auckland City Council and transport research company Ternz, seeks feedback on plans to boost safety by reducing vehicle speeds through better street design. The project follows a survey indicating concern about vehicles speeding in the area.
