Pasifika Festival: An estimated crowd of more than 200,000 people celebrated Auckland's diverse Pacific cultures at Western Springs Park.

Auckland City Council's 16th Pasifika Festival held last weekend was a huge success. An estimated crowd of more than 200,000 people celebrated Auckland's diverse Pacific cultures at Western Springs Park. Ten Pacific Island villages were set up around the park representing different island nations, as well as performances on two main stages and more than 350 stalls selling traditional arts, crafts and foods.
