Auckland City Council's Draft Annual Plan 2008/2009 summary accompanies this week's paper version of City Scene. The draft plan outlines the things we propose to do in the coming year to make a real difference to your city and your quality of life, as well as setting a budget that will directly affect your rates.

The plan also puts forward options around water prices and the annual payment the council receives from Metrowater.
