The council is working hard to improve the things that make a real difference to your city and quality of life and wants your feedback on its Draft Annual Plan 2008/2009. The draft plan outlines the council's proposed $400 million investment across the city in the coming year and how deferring or cancelling some projects will help keep the overall rates increase to 5.1 per cent.
