Prize pack for cyclists up for grabs

Cycling campaign: Auckland City Council promotes cycling as a fun, healthy and sustainable travel choice.

Tell us in 100 words or less why you love cycling in Auckland and you could win one of 100 special prize cycle packs – including a backpack, backpack cover, bicycle tool kit, first aid kit and two bike lights.

To go into the draw, mail your contact details and your 50 to 100 words to: Auckland City Council, Transport Strategy, Private Bag 92516 Wellesley Street Auckland 1036. Or email your entry, with “Why I love cycling in Auckland” in the subject line, to cycle@aucklandcity.govt.nz.

The deadline for entries is Monday, 30 June, with the winners' list and excerpts from entries to appear on this website from Monday, 7 July.

Council campaigns such as “Hey! We’re all on the same road” regularly encourage all road users to share with care, and promote cycling as a fun, healthy and sustainable travel choice.
