Public art panel seeks membersFrom City Scene, published on 24 August, 2008 Nominations are open for a new advisory panel the council is establishing to provide expert advice on the development and management of its public art programme and public art projects. The formation of the panel is a result of the council's new public art policy. Nominations to the Advisory Panel for Public Art close on 13 September. "The council is committed to going forward with a strategic, integrated approach to planning and delivering public art," says Chairperson of the Arts, Culture and Recreation Committee, Councillor Greg Moyle.
