Library card winners

Choose from three designs: New library members can now choose from three
designs for their library card after more than a 1000 people voted in the
council's library card competition. |

Tabitha Yeoh, 13, with the picture she painted for the
council's library card competition, which gave library members the opportunity
to design a new card. The contest attracted about 50 entries across three age
categories. The Parnell teenager won the 12-17 age group, while Fiona Leitch won
the over-18 category, and William Mitchell won the under-12 group. Winners will
receive a $20 book voucher plus a framed copy of their
design. Anyone needing a new library card will be able to choose which of the
three designs they want on their card. More than 1000 people voted online.
