18th man: City Scene competition winner, Peter Revell  raced aboard BMW Oracle as the 18th man, in their semi-final race against Damiani Italia

Lucky Sandringham resident Peter Revell (pictured) won the City Scene competition for a place as the 18th man on BMW Oracle Racing, in their semi-final race against Damiani Italia.

Peter, an avid follower of sailing, says it was an amazing experience.

"I have been following the America's Cup for years and to get the opportunity to get onboard and sit alongside Russell Coutts was incredible. It was probably the most memorable day of my life."
