EcoDay 2009 - coming

Sustainable home on display: Be sure not to miss Trusts EcoHouse at this year's EcoDay 2009.

Make sure you don't miss Trusts EcoHouse (pictured), which is supported by Auckland City Council, at this year's EcoDay 2009 at Olympic Park, New Lynn, on 8 March.

This modern display home is now open seven days a week. It shows how easy and cost-effective it can be to have a healthy and warm home that is sustainable and energy efficient.

The annual EcoDay is free to attend, and provides information about products and services that enable people to live in a more environmentally sustainable way. With plenty of practical demonstrations to see and a variety of food stalls, it should be an excellent event. Auckland City Council's Eco-design adviser, Eion Scott, will also be on hand with great advice.
