Quay Street

Quay Street is now back to normal and traffic should be
considerably improved, thanks to work being completed by Auckland's electricity
network company, Vector, on Monday.
Over the last few months, Vector has had to carry out an
electricity network upgrade which meant traffic delays in Fanshawe, Lower Albert
and Quay streets.
The upgrade work was to reinforce the security and
reliability of the electricity supply in the waterfront area of Auckland's CBD,
including the port and Britomart.
