Don't forget to switch off your lights on Saturday, 28
March, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm for Earth Hour. Supported by Auckland City Council,
Earth Hour is a worldwide lights-out initiative run by WWF to make a statement
against climate change. This year it is hoped that more than one billion people
will take part in over 1000 cities.
Landmarks around Auckland - including the Sky Tower,
Auckland War Memorial Museum and Tamaki Drive pohutakawa lighting - will be part
of the event.
