Community meetings to discuss draft 10-year plan

Residents and ratepayers in the Waiheke Island, Eastern Bays and Avondale/Roskill wards will have the chance to speak to councillors this week about the proposals within the council's draft 10-year plan.

Community meetings are being held on Monday, 27 April at the Waiheke Service Centre, Waiheke Island; in Eastern Bays at the St Ignatius Hall, St Heliers; and on Wednesday, 29 April at the Fickling Convention Centre, Three Kings.

Councillors Graeme Mulholland, Douglas Armstrong and Deputy Mayor David Hay will host the Waiheke, Eastern Bays and Mt Roskill meetings respectively, together with a senior council officer, to go through the key issues and proposals in the draft 10-year plan.

People can also pick up and drop off submission forms at the meetings.
