Consultation ending for plan

Anyone wishing to comment on projects in Auckland city or
in their neighbourhood as part of the council's
draft 10-year plan have until
5pm on Monday, 18 May to do so.
If you haven't been able to make one of the community
meetings to discuss the plan, you can visit the council's website to find out
what is happening. You can also enter in your address online to learn about
projects intended for your area, as well as how much your 2009/2010 rates bill
will be.
The website also features:
- details of the financial and policy changes in the draft
10-year plan
- information on how the plan and regional governance fit
together
- an audio-visual presentation.
If you are entering submissions or just looking at the plans, this can be
done easily online or by
visiting your local library.
