Air New Zealand Fashion WEEKEND - kicking off at 6pm on Friday, 25 September - is your best chance to experience all of the glamour and atmosphere of Fashion Week.

A full day of activities follows on Saturday, 26 September at the Viaduct Harbour, with a huge line-up of entertainment included in the $15 entry price.

The New Zealand Herald Designer Garage Sale will feature bargains and hidden treasures from a wide range of designers. Scan the vast range of items and bring Fashion Week style to your own wardrobe.

Seminars on the intricacies of hair, make-up and skincare will be presented by a range of Auckland's industry experts. This is your chance to learn the secrets of the professionals.

As well as several free fashion shows, the weekend features a number of popular designer selection shows (cost additional) - the perfect way to experience all the glamour of Fashion Week in one sitting. Groups of designers who are exhibiting during the week will present three items from their collection on the catwalk. Tickets to Designer Selection Shows can be purchased at iTICKET.

Fashion is not the only star of Fashion WEEKEND. You can also catch the finest local music and art - with a number of artists' works displayed around the stylish Halsey Street venue, and performances by DJs and bands throughout the weekend.

Festivities close with a special 30-year retrospective show from influential Kiwi designer Zambesi at 7pm.

Check out the show, catch all the last-minute garage sale bargains, and then at 9pm, slide out to the wrap party.
