The Learning Quarter is a joint initiative between The University of Auckland, AUT University and Auckland City Council, encompassing a 63ha site within the CBD where the universities' city campuses are based.
Ratepayers should receive their rates notices in the post by the end of the week. If you don't receive yours, get in touch with the council's dedicated rates team.
