Application for resource consent

Auckland City Council has received an application for resource consent under the Resource Management Act 1991 for the following site:

•  22 Walmer Road, Pt Chevalier.

Details

The proposal includes the construction of an additional dwelling on the site and alterations and additions to the existing house.

The development will result in a site density of one dwelling per 348m2 of gross site area and infringements of development controls. Subdivision is also requested to create two lots, each containing one dwelling.

The size of the proposed lots is less than the minimum site area for subdivision.

Overall, the application is a non-complying activity under the isthmus section of the operative district plan 1999.
