Master plan consultation

Residents of Orakei, Remuera and Parnell are invited to an open day to view options for the residential and mixed-use development proposed for Orakei Point. This open day is an opportunity to express your views on a plan for a previously inaccessible Auckland waterfront location and will be from 11am to 4pm on Sunday, 22 June at 246 Orakei Road.

Redwood Group and Auckland City Council are developing an integrated new master plan for this site. Residents and other interested parties are invited to view the various options for development that could be allowed under the master plan and give their feedback. This feedback will be used to identify the final development option that will be incorporated into the master plan. The master plan will then form the basis for a plan change to rezone the land. The plan change will have a more formal submission process.
