Isthmus district plan

Proposed plan modification 210

At its meeting on 26 June 2008, the council resolved to approve plan modification 210 to the isthmus section of the district plan.

Plan modification 210 is a plan change that rezones 5.53ha of land zoned residential 6a at 42 Herd Road, 167 Pah Road, 167A Pah Road, 10 Korma Road and 16 Korma Road to Special Purpose 1 and applies a concept plan.

The plan change has been amended from 14 July 2008 in accordance with these decisions as a consequence of the council's decisions on submissions. Plan modification 210 is deemed to have been amended.

Plan modification 232 (private plan change)

The summary of decisions requested by submitters and copies of the submissions in respect of plan modification 232 are now available for public inspection. Anybody can make a further submission on a plan modification. This plan change was first advertised in City Scene on 25 May 2008.

The plan change seeks that the following Residential 6a areas be rezoned to Business 2, the same zoning that currently applies to the nearby Sandringham Road shopping centre:

  • 509 Sandringham Road (Lot 1, DP68023)
  • 511 Sandringham Road (Lot 2, DP68023).

The land concerned fronts Sandringham Road, and consists of two residential sites with a combined site area of 938m2. Existing development comprises a single storey duplex providing two dwellings.

Further submissions may be lodged:

Further submissions must also be served on the original submitter.
